AC Pros HVAC has been taking care of my HVAC needs for several years now, and I am delighted that they have added a Master Plumber to their staff.Doug Peterson is a highly capable Master Plumber, and I am happy he came to inspect our ancient water heater, and to move forward with a commercial grade replacement.He was polite, friendly, well-dressed, and easy to understand.To my horror, my old water heater was not even up to safety codes, which can be disastrous.Doig has also inspected the hookup to city water and found the water pressure was higher than normal.Thank you, Doug, for being here and getting this project rolling!!! Five hundred stars to you and the company from me!But Google only allows five, darn it.UPDATE: Master Plumber Doug came to repair the leak under our kitchen sink today.I am so pleased with his speed and efficiency, and am looking forward to having him back in a few weeks to remove the ancient faucet and replace it with a brand new one.Thank you Doug, and AC ProsHVAC. You’re not cheap, but you’re GOOD. And that’s a priority.Update! Doug came over and flushed the water heater, and I also got a little depth sensor for the bottom that lets me know if there’s water accumulating.He’s an awesome and conscientious technician.Thank you Doug.All hail ACPros!
AC Pros is the best. They do HVAC and they are pros!Noah, the owner, works with clients and treats every one individually.Every technician has been awesome. They come twice a year to "tune up" our HVAC.They just did a duct cleaning and install of a ionizer to purify the air.Preston and Ethan were awesome. Professional, neat, and got our severely dirty ducts all cleaned out.I have referred a couple others to ACPros with no regret. Technicians like Ethan and Preston are pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the work done in a timely manner.Prices are right in line with others.
These guys are the best. Ryan Birdsong is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we have always been more than satisfied when doing business with ACPros. Highly recommend.
Ethan and Michael provided and installed the clip for my shower diverter valve and were professional, quick, and courteous. I would hire them again.
Mark Franklin is *the coolest.*Disclosure: at time of writing I have not made a purchase of a system nor duct work from AC Pros.Regardless, AC Pros ‘Comfort Specialist’ Mark came out and answered 3 cubic tons of questions from me. I’m very thankful for his help and guidance, and answering me honestly about what was and was not feasible; it shows great credit of character to give an honest answer.I’ll Edit this review to include work and photos if I make the decision to proceed with work. Otherwise, get a quote from Mark; he’s informative and frankly just awesome
Great service from Doug Peterson on our plumbing issue with kitchen faucet leak. Was able to identify problem and go get the new faucet / hose kit and do the install in under 3 hours. Very professional and punctual. Also cleaned up at the end. I highly recommend Doug and AC Pros for their plumbing in addition to AC service
We have been very impressed with AC Pros HVAC. We had a unit installed last spring after getting multiple quotes from multiple companies. They are fair, honest and dependable. The unit is great and our electric bill costs dropped last summer with its efficiency. AC Pros customer service is exceptional. The owner, front office, and technicians are friendly, skilled and thorough. Mark came out last week to inspect our unit and was so courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about how great they are. Thanks Mark!
